The Salted Sage was created after the pandemic in 2020...I loved creating art with food and my love for fine meats and cheese has developed over the last 10 years. Charcuterie has always been a go to when bringing something to the table at a gathering or party! Creating different plates and boxes are my jam now and I'm always expanding my menu! Cones and Cups are the newest items on the menu so be sure to check those out!
